On January 16, 2026, DFS Construction Group Joint Stock Company (DFS) successfully held its 2025 Year-End Review Conference and 2026 Development Orientation Conference. The event was attended by the Board of Directors and all company employees. The event provided an opportunity to reflect on the company's journey of "overcoming challenges", identify existing shortcomings and limitations, and set goals, tasks, and solutions for business operations in 2026.
The summary report at the Conference showed that in 2025, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, DFS still achieved stable and effective business results, recording its second consecutive year of revenue and profit growth. In addition, DFS has perfected its internal management in areas such as administration, human resources, finance and accounting, procurement, project management, etc.; and launched its official website, contributing to widespread brand promotion to partners and customers.
Looking ahead to 2026, DFS aims to focus on the following key tasks:
- Expanding the market and customer base, especially for waste-to-energy and solar power projects.
- Improving project management capabilities and optimizing costs.
- Promoting the application of technology in design and construction management.
- Focusing on training and developing high-quality human resources.
In his remarks at the conference, Mr. Vu Viet Dung, General Director, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the departments and divisions over the past year and requested that the units continue to strive in their work, fostering a spirit of unity and creativity to exceed the tasks set for 2026.

Also within the framework of the Conference, the Company's Leadership Board honored and awarded prizes to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in production and business activities in 2025. This is an annual activity to recognize positive contributions and encourage the working spirit and creativity of employees.
