JOB DESCRIPTION

I. Main duties:

Design thermal power plants, biomass power plants, waste-to-energy plants, and other industrial facilities for both domestic and international projects.

II. Responsibilities:

1. Participate in preparing design documents (including Explanation & Calculation Appendix, Volume) for all stages from Planning to Construction Drawing Design: Construction Design (Reinforced concrete structure, steel structure & enclosure, brick and stone structure, foundation structure, road system, ...) / Technical infrastructure system (including: water supply and drainage system, electrical system, technical pipeline system of all kinds) for industrial construction items, power source projects (renewable energy: biomass power, solar power, waste power, ...).

2. Collaborate with other disciplines and company departments to meet project requirements.

3. Comply with and respond promptly to assignments from direct managers and Company leadership

III. Direct reporting lines

Report directly to: Head/Deputy Head of the Technical Department.

IV. Job requirements

a. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

b. Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of structural and civil engineering, and infrastructure systems.

• Familiarity with construction standards, codes, and design software.

c. Experience:

• Management experience: N/A
• Professional experience: 0 - 5 years.

d. Skills:

• Proactive, quick, with logical reasoning ability.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Proficient in using design and engineering software tool.

e. Other requirements: 

• Basic technical English;
• Have personal laptop or desktop.
