JOB DESCRIPTION

I. Main duties:

Design and construct biomass power plants, waste-to-energy power plants, etc., both domestically and internationally.

II. Responsibilities:

- Under the guidance of the department head, design the electrical systems, information systems, and HVAC systems of the plant.
- Calculate the quantity of materials and equipment for the electrical systems, information systems, and HVAC systems to support the company's procurement.
- Work with suppliers and partners to complete assigned tasks.
- Support other departments in bidding for company projects.
- Supervise the installation of contractor equipment in industrial construction projects where the company acts as a consultant.
- Implement the installation of equipment at the company's industrial projects.
- Other tasks as directed by superiors

III. Direct reporting lines

Report directly to: Deputy/ Head of the Technical Department.

IV. Job requirements

a. Education: University degree in Electrical Systems (preferably a graduate from Hanoi University of Science and Technology - HUST; Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - HCMUT; University of Science and Technology - The University of Danang - DUT).

b. Knowledge:

• University degree in Electrical Systems

• Proficient in reading, understanding, and communicating in English

• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and CAD software

• Certification in installation supervision or design is a plus

c. Experience: Design and construction of biomass power plants, waste-to-energy plants, etc.

• Management experience: N/A
• Professional experience: 0 - 3 years.

d. Skills:

• Proactive, quick, with logical reasoning ability.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Proficient in using supporting software tool.

e. Other requirements: 

• Basic technical English;
• Must have personal laptop or desktop.
• Must have a willingness to learn and a passion for the company's field of activity.
• Must be able to work independently, be quick-witted and proactive; able to withstand pressure.
• Must be able to work in a team.
• Willing to travel to other provinces and cities when required.
