Minhan Boiler Project Tri Viet – Hung Yen

The “Minhan Boiler Project Tri Viet – Hung Yen” is an industrial equipment investment and installation package serving production operations at Tan Quang Industrial Zone for Minhan Paper Factory. The boiler system has a design capacity of 75 tons of steam per hour (75 t/h) and is installed and operated in accordance with current Vietnamese technical standards, occupational safety regulations, environmental protection requirements, and industry-specific regulations.

DFS is responsible for supervising the following aspects:
+ Reviewing and commenting on construction design documents, project schedule, and construction conditions;
+ Supervising the technical execution and quality of equipment installation and construction;
+ Monitoring the construction progress, verifying work volumes, and inspecting the quality of materials and equipment supplied;
+ Reviewing and compiling as-built documentation, acceptance records, and payment dossiers;
+ Supervising compliance with occupational safety regulations, fire prevention and fighting, and environmental protection;
+ Supporting the Investor in the acceptance testing, commissioning, and final handover of the equipment system, as well as contract finalization procedures.
