The Thanh Hoa Waste-to-Energy Power Plant, invested by Tri Viet Power Co., Ltd, is designed to treat 300 tons/day of mixed solid waste (domestic and general industrial) and generate 4MW of electricity. The plant features a single-line configuration including 1 incinerator, 1 heat recovery boiler, and a turbine-generator unit. The project occupies 65,799 m² of land located in Tan Dong Commune, Thanh Hoa District, Long An Province (currently Tan Tay Commune, Tay Ninh Province). The project will consist of a waste incinerator boiler and a 5 MW gross steam turbine generator unit. The primary fuel sources will be municipal solid waste and industrial waste. The generated power will be transmitted to the national electricity grid via 22kV connection.
The Thanh Hoa Waste-to-Energy Power Plant is situated in a tropical region with challenging environmental conditions. The design incorporates measures to ensure operational reliability and environmental compliance.
DFS is committed to delivering optimized solutions in terms of engineering, cost, and schedule — contributing to the realization of a model project in renewable energy and modern waste treatment.
